Hi, I'm Ammar. I'm a software engineer leading a full-stack team that builds hospital information systems.

I started with servers: system administration first, then computer science, where I was free to wander through networks, forensics, and machine learning before I settled on backend work. Three years of that in fintech, and now healthcare.

So far…

  • Grew up with a software company while still at university, and led its engineering: a team of up to ten, 25+ projects shipped.

  • Ran the backend of a fintech platform alone for a year: about 80 services, behind more than a million payments.

  • Now building hospital systems on an AI-native workflow.
